The Global Graduate – Export Sales role at SC Johnson is designed to provide hands-on experience across the marketing and sales department, preparing candidates for a full-time role within the company. This position includes exposure to business analytics, promotional strategy execution, retailer NPD (New Product Development) processes, and account management. The role provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with SC Johnson’s sales and marketing teams, gaining insights into both internal and retailer-facing activities.

Responsibilities

• Promotional Strategy Support: Assist with forecasting and managing retailer promotional forms
• NPD and Retailer Collaboration: Work with Marketing and Category Management to recommend and submit new product ranges to retailers
• Data and Insights Sharing: Gather, interpret, and share insights on promotional activities and NPD listings within accounts
• Meeting Preparation: Prepare data, presentations, and materials for buyer and Top-2-Top meetings
• Brand Day Support: Collaborate with customer marketing in organizing and preparing brand events
• Account Management Support: Assist account managers with forecasting, financial promotional planning, and the financial accrual process

Qualifications

• Degree in a Marketing or Sales-related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
